1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the MRTM88 website or using any of the services provided, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all of these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

Acceptance of these Terms is a mandatory condition for using the platform. If you are registering on behalf of a business entity or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use MRTM88's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, whichever is higher.
• Not prohibited by the laws or regulations of any jurisdiction from using online gambling services.
• Not currently subject to a self-exclusion from any gambling platform.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

3Registration & Account Management

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at MRTM88. This includes one account per IP address, device, name, email address, phone number, and payment method. Opening more than one account ("multiple accounts") is a serious violation that may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the return of balances after deducting any bonuses utilised.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information will result in immediate account suspension.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account. MRTM88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for maximum protection.

3.4 KYC Verification Process

MRTM88 adheres to strict KYC and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) standards. You may be required to submit identity documents such as a national ID, passport, or proof of address before your first withdrawal is processed. This process is in place to protect the security of your account.

4Deposits & Payments

MRTM88 supports a wide range of deposit methods including local online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB, Public Bank), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other methods listed on our Deposit page.

• All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account within the designated timeframe.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as stated on the Deposit.
• Deposited funds must be from legitimate sources and must not be proceeds of any illegal activity.
• MRTM88 does not accept third-party deposits. The name on your bank account must match the name on your MRTM88 account.
• MRTM88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your financial institution may apply its own charges.

5Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your MRTM88 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed the full KYC verification process before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be credited to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your MRTM88 account.
• Minimum and maximum daily withdrawal limits are as stated on the Withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed within the designated timeframe once approved by our finance team.
• MRTM88 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before processing large withdrawals.
• Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully satisfied.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by MRTM88 are subject to specific terms stated on each offer. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.

7Fair Conduct & Prohibitions

To maintain a safe and fair environment for all members, the following are strictly prohibited on the MRTM88 platform:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Modification or manipulation of MRTM88 software, or any attempt to hack or disrupt the platform's systems.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live table games.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system. Any bugs discovered must be reported to customer support immediately.
• Use of a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location for the purpose of gaining unauthorised access.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the platform.
• Making false claims or submitting fraudulent documents to MRTM88.

8Responsible Gaming

MRTM88 is committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools and resources to help members maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via your account settings.

9Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your MRTM88 account at any time by contacting our customer support. Before closure, please ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed and no active bonus conditions remain outstanding.

9.2 Closure by MRTM88

MRTM88 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any Terms and Conditions set out in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Multiple account usage by the same individual.
• Request from relevant law enforcement authorities.

10Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MRTM88 is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, or cyberattacks.
• Game outcomes resulting from unavoidable technical failures. In such cases, MRTM88 will endeavour to restore a fair outcome for all parties.
• Losses arising from your own negligence in safeguarding your account login credentials.

11Amendments to Terms

MRTM88 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website. We will endeavour to notify members of material changes via in-platform notices or email.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent changes.

12Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MRTM88 is registered. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from the rest of the agreement and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
